6. Lost or Stolen Packages

BasicsPrime is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
